Our Circle Initiative is about extending the life of every product we make, ensuring that nothing goes to waste.
By embracing repairing, Refurbishing, and donating, we’re working towards a future where quality gear lasts, and waste is minimized.
We design our products to last, but we know things can happen. When your bag needs a little care, we’re here to help. If the issue is due to a manufacturing or craftsmanship defect, we’ll repair it for free. For other issues, we’ll assess the damage and offer repairs on a case-by-case basis.
While we’re committed to providing repair services, please note that this is currently available only in India. We want to make sure your Bugyal gear stays with you for the long haul—whether you’re strolling across cities or hiking in the mountains.
We believe in second chances, for both products and the planet. Any products that didn’t make it to release, or older versions that have been improved, are upgraded and repurposed. These changes may include:
- Upgraded zippers and zipper pulls
- Upgraded hardware like hooks, buckles etc
- Any other feature that makes them closer to the latest version
These unused products, which weren’t sold, are now getting a fresh start. Some will be donated to people and communities who can benefit from them, while others will be made available for sale, ensuring that nothing we create goes to waste.
Through our partnerships with organizations, we donate unreleased or older versions of our products to those in need.
Every bag that finds a new home through donation helps reduce waste and gives back to communities.

How You Can Participate
Repair: Send us your damaged gear, and we’ll bring it back to life. If you prefer to fix it yourself, we also offer repair kits and parts.
Upgrade: Look out for our refurbished and upgraded products, and choose to buy items that have been given new life.
Spread the Word: Share our Circular Initiative with friends and fellow adventurers. Together, we can make a bigger impact.
